PRIVACY NOTICE
This notice explains the Growth Review intake used during TierSentry’s founding program.
We collect the founder or owner’s name, work email, brand name, website if provided, product category, ecommerce platform, approximate DTC revenue range, primary business challenge, optional context, consent, and basic campaign-source tags.
We use this information to evaluate fit, prepare and respond to a Growth Review request, manage founding-program follow-up, understand which outreach is useful, and protect the intake process from abuse.
Application records are stored in TierSentry’s Supabase system of record and may be viewed by authorized TierSentry personnel through the internal Retool workspace. The public website cannot read submitted applications.
TierSentry does not sell application information. The form does not request passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or consumer transaction data.
Growth Review applications are reviewed at 24 months and removed earlier when no longer needed or following a verified deletion request, unless a legal obligation requires retention. Short-lived abuse-prevention records are deleted after their operational window. Security events may be retained for up to 24 months to support investigations and access reviews.
You may ask TierSentry to provide, correct, or delete information associated with your application. We will verify the request before acting to protect the brand owner’s information.
